Hall Rental Policy
1. Reservation and Booking:

All hall reservations must be made through our designated reservation system or with the property manager.

4. Insurance and Liability:

Renters must provide proof of liability insurance for their event, with the property owner named as an additional insured party.

The property owner accepts no liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.

Renters are encouraged to obtain event insurance coverage to mitigate unforeseen circumstances or liabilities.

5. Security and Clean-Up:

Renters may be required to hire security personnel, depending on the scale and nature of their event as advised by the property manager.

The rental agreement will specify the expectations for cleaning and leaving the premises in the same condition as it was found.

Failure to comply with the clean-up requirements can result in additional charges for cleaning services and may impact future bookings.
